Production Painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Fresh Coat Painting of Lompoc is looking to hire a skilled painter or Apprentice to join our team of professional painters.
Need to be hard working, able to be on feet all day, work with ladders (20 feet), lift at least 50 lbs, follow directions.
MUST HAVE A VEHICLE TO GET TO AND FROM JOBS (MULTIPLE JOBSITES DAILY)
Must take pride in work and be able to work at a good pace.
Experience perferred but not a must. Brush, roll, spray, prep, MASK
Reliable transportation a must. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
PAY depending on experience and ability to produce(bonus)- Full Time (36-40 hours a week) OR Part time(16-24 hrs)
This is a professional company paycheck through payroll every other week. NO under table or subcontracting
All work in Lompoc, Vandenberg village area
