Production Painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are looking for an experience painter to grow our new shop so we can continue to grow our business opportunities for our employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Painter will be responsible for preparing vehicles for refinishing and painting in a production environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates will have experience in a body shop environment or experience as a painter that is able to jump right in.
It is preferable that candidates have certain type of painter tools of their trade.
