Production Painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. DCI Management is looking for a reliable painter / repairs of our rental properties in Bluefield, Princeton, Athens, WV. You will be responsible for ensuring that units are painted when moveouts occur. A painter must be well-versed in all basic painting techniques and able to work well meeting deadlines. The goal is to help maintain our properties in good condition to increase their value.
