Production Painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are looking for an semi-skilled painter that can provide assistance in masking, wall preparation, paint rolling, clean up and other job related functions.
Knowledge of prepping, painting and paint applications are preferred however training is provided.
Spraying and texturing experience a plus.
Painter whites and high visibility orange or green shirts/upper wear will be required before work with us can begin.
This job requires flexibility in schedule as at times we may work a weekend or in the evening, transportation required.
