Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be crucial in ensuring high-quality results. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Remove fixtures and furniture as necessary before painting
- Repair and patch damaged areas prior to painting
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction painting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with caulking and sealing materials
- Ability to use power tools such as sanders and sprayers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Residential painting: 2 years (Required)
