Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be proficient in a range of related skills such prep for painting and painting itself

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting such as sanding, scraping, and patching

- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

- Perform remodeling tasks including fixture installation and caulking

- Work on a new construction project

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting

- Proficiency in various painting techniques and tools

- Knowledge of carpentry and basic construction principles

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with caulking techniques
