Opportunity Snapshot :

• Compensation - $30-32 / hour
• Assignment Duration : 12 months
• Work Schedule : M-F 90 hour days
• Benefits : Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), holidays and PTO

Responsibilities :

• Task planning and workflow coordination for multiple Crafts
• Attend daily plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and scheduling
• Plan, prioritize and coordination of both corrective and preventative work utilizing input from Operations and Craft Leadership
• Determine manpower, equipment and materials required for effective and efficient completion of planned work
• Assignment of both in-house crafts and outside resources for effective and efficient completion of planned work
• Scheduling of planned work based on PSM requirements and production risk
• Coordination with Global Supply Chain / Warehousing around components and spares requirements for upcoming work
• Attend daily Plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and scheduling
• Monitoring of budgeted cost / timing progress for scheduled work
• Generation and distribution of KPI reports (work order completion, equipment failures by type, work order planned vs actual cost, etc.

utilizing information from the CMMS (SAP)

Qualifications :

• Experience in SAP
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP systems
• Good at math and statistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities
• Data analysis and technical reporting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to apply analytical results
• High school diploma or GED required
