The Opportunity:

The Production Scheduler reports directly to the Plant Manager and provides information and prioritization to the schedule, identifies, escalates, and works cross functionally to resolve issues that prevent delivery metrics from being achieved.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Skilled knowledge assembly prints, work orders and Completed Equipment Checklist (CEC).
• Must demonstrate organization skills and present self in a professional manner while interacting with co-workers,
• Must demonstrate computer skills as required.
• Must be able to handle multiple, rapidly changing, and conflicting priorities.
• Must be results focused and orientated toward accomplishment of team and organizational goals.
• Must possess the ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive at all time.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and possess team-based problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime and weekends when needed.
