PRODUCTION SCHEDULER

Job Description

Walk-in Cooler/Freezer manufacturer in the City of Industry, CA is seeking a Production Scheduler. This is a full-time position: Monday Through Friday. Hours are from 6:30a.m. to 3:00p.m. $25-$26 an hour Depending on Experience.

Job Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Monitor and track all job file from beginning to end stage
• Keep job file moving and not stuck with a person/department longer than it needs to be.
• Log and update company’s database (access) with activity related to order.
• Weekly reporting for customers and Management.
• Comprehend company’s production lead times and vendor’s lead times to schedule job ready dates.
• Work closely with the Plant Manager and AutoCAD department.
• Coordinate with customers / end users to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor production and all departments to ensure jobs are completed/ processed in a timely matter.
• Maintain accurate and generating production schedules for the shop.
• Establish great communication between all various types of customers.
• Communicate any delays and/or issues with management.
• Log all incoming parts/products ordered for each job.
• Help resolve customer’s issues/concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access (will train)
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Punctual and Reliable
