Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Position Summary:
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of construction/engineering department projects supporting Project Managers and Project Engineers. Analyzes contractual commitments, client specifications, design changes and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. Assess schedule durations, cost loading, activity coding and work breakdown structure.
Perform schedule impact analysis for modifications. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects. Conducts planning and coordination meetings as required to support planning and monitoring functions.
Responsible for company resource planning. Gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports on the progress of projects and ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy. Produces reports as required to support project needs, ensuring schedule-coding structure supports management reporting requirements.
