Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. PRODUCTION MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Manager is a member of the Production Team reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The Production Manager is accountable and responsible for managing departmental safety, environmental controls, development of production employees and plant production. Including quality control, protection of equipment, and departmental cost controls.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES
Reporting to the Production Manager are the hourly positions of assigned manufacturing assembly departments, Maintenance and Warehouse personnel in certain circumstances (overtime, weekends,
Etc.) This position will support and coordinate all training programs that support Plant Manufacturing.
