Production Scheduler Manager jobs in Jamestown, NY

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for production planning
• Analyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to determine production requirements
• Utilize supply chain and demand planning systems to generate accurate production schedules
• Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to meet changing customer demands
• Coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials and components
• Communicate production schedules to relevant departments and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve any production scheduling conflicts or issues
• Continuously improve production planning processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Production Scheduler or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to forecast demand accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
