Production Scheduler Manager jobs in Las Cruces, NM

Under the general supervision of the Scheduling Manager, assists with phones, office visitors, scheduling, and on-call. May be asked to assist with projects and other assignments as needed or directed. Prior experience preffered.

Essential Functions:

• Matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client’s needs and scheduling shifts.
• Communicating with caregivers to fill open shifts as needed.
• Communicate new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients.
• Reviews punches and clarification of any time issues daily.
• Ability to understand ERSP scheduling system
• Responsible for answering inbound calls and directing calls appropriately.
• Participation in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Assists with any Caregiver call offs and serves as Caregiver when need arises.
• Attends in-service meetings and other events
• Performs other specific projects as necessary. May provide general clerical support as needed.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
