What You Will Be Doing:

As a Production Manager, you will manage the manufacturing department's daily operations, including scheduling production, allocating resources, and organizing workflow. You will also create and put into action, plans to streamline production procedures, increase effectiveness, cut expenses, and uphold quality standards.

Furthermore, you will work together with cross-functional teams from engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to guarantee smooth production plan coordination and execution. Overseeing and coaching a group of production workers and managers, offering advice, instruction, and performance evaluations is a key facet of this role and a major component of your value add to our company's success.

What You Need For this Position Box:
