Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Production Scheduler Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Production Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Planning and organizing production schedules for the night shift to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
    • Monitoring production processes during the night shift to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Managing and developing a team of production workers during the night shift, including training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Oversee cross-functional teams, such as Bottling, Cellar, Warehousing, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance, to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain or business.
    • 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and/or production, or a combination of education and experience in a multi-faceted position.
    • Previous experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
    • Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and quality systems.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older (working with alcohol)

    Your Compensation: 

    $92,552.00-$120,296.00/yr. based upon relevant experience
