Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Responsibilities:
• Produce master and specific schedules for production to meet delivery dates and manufacturing capacity.
• Plan and monitor work in process according to priorities, customer demands, and operations capabilities.
• Modify production schedule as required by process changes or other factors.
• Recognize and solve problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality, and order of production.
• Coordinate with management the scheduling of production and personnel.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2 years of work experience in manufacturing experience required.
• Experience and ability to work in computer applications.
