Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will communicate The Neurology Center values, strategies, and objectives, while monitoring and appraising job results. This position nurtures culture and engagement while improving the overall experience of our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties:

-Supervisor will work to ensure that patients feel supported. You will hire and train new scheduling staff members, brainstorm ways to streamline the patient service process and set meetings with their team to update them on new processes and procedures.

-Must be a goal-oriented individual who wants to elevate the patient experience and staff knowledge.

-Must be able to make decisions and work independently.

-Provide guidance and leadership for staff to ensure all employees are achieving patient satisfaction through effective communication, problem solving, professional etiquette and efficient processes.

-Perform quality checks on individual work performance, identify training needs and provide coaching.

-Must thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

-Supervisor must create an environment that develops respect, trust, responsibility, and core values on day-to-day operation.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

• Skills:

- Proficient in using scheduling systems such as Epic.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
