Production Scheduler Supervisor supervises the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Coordinates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Supervisor monitors daily production results and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting. Additionally, Production Scheduler Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Scheduler Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Production Scheduler Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Shop Supervisor (1st shift)
5am- 3:30pm
Advocates and supports Parker's WIN Strategy by managing and improving the safety, morale, quality, cost, and delivery in the quality inspection and NDT area in our production environment.
In this role you will have the responsibility and authority to identify the status of production area and take action within the area as defined in documents such as controlled plans and work instructions. In addition, this role will interact with employees at all levels of the organization, internal and external customers, and outside contacts. Supervisory responsibilities include, but is not limited to, training and developing subordinates, delegating work assignments, writing, and conducting performance appraisals, coaching, and counseling employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.

The wage range for this role takes into account allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $82,070/year - $136,921/year.
