In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing.
This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.
This position is a overnight role with a rotating 3 day and 4 day work week salary : $65,000 - $70,000 per yearshift : Thirdwork hours : 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 45 AMeducation : High SchoolResponsibilitiesUse the master production schedule and shift log to coordinate operator assignments.
Coordinate all mold changes with the mold setters and materials with the appropriate personnel. Ensure the press cycle sheets on the work order are maintained and initialed.
Monitor and document all tooling and maintenance needs according to established procedures. Utilize IQMS (production monitoring system) to monitor the efficiencies of all operators on the production floor and correct inefficiencies when found.
Evaluate and optimize the production processes for quality and rate improvements. Ensure operators have received all necessary training to perform the job properly, and update training files accordingly.
Monitor all processing changes and record as necessary.
