How you will make an impact:
The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Plant Manager and supervise Associates to ensure production numbers are met and operations perform at or above expected levels. He or she will also be tasked with maintaining a safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
