JOB SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of employees in one or more departments to meet company objectives for safety, quality, productivity and costs.
Depending on assignment, the supervisor may be responsible for certain off shift operations as well. The Production Supervisor is expected to be a champion for Tokai's Core Values.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two to four years manufacturing supervisory experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
