What You Will Be Doing
As an NPD Build Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the NCM process from start to finish. You will be tasked with managing the daily standups and scheduling of prototype builds, as well as managing any manual processes in the manufacturing process.
You will also be responsible for providing direction to the line supervisors and resolving any issues that may arise.
What You Need for this Position
- We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in NPD and product development.
- You must have strong technical knowledge in linear actuators, design motors, and line management or similar.
- You must also be proficient in Excel and other related software.
- Additionally, a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
