Job Summary
This position requires a self-motivated "hands on" leader with the ability to identify and solve assembly and test issues on the manufacturing floor and drive continuous improvements in the production process
In this role you will be responsible for assigning work to the assembly & test teams and managing the production workflow to ensure projects are completed in accordance with the production schedules and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will be required to work closely with the manufacturing engineering, design engineering & quality departments. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, with a desire to "roll up their sleeves" to help the team get the job done.
