Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for working both independently and in a team environment. This role will work closely with the Director of Operations and be responsible for the overall operations of the Charlotte, NC activities, including but not limited to fulfillment, kitting, receiving and logging returned surveys, incentive recovery, scanning and data collection. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and foster a professional atmosphere and team culture for staff
• Responsible for day-to-day Cash Management processes
• Conduct one-on-one performance reviews, team meetings and coaching sessions as needed
• Must have valid driver license and registered vehicle
• Effectively track and manage Team Quality/Production rates
• Maintain receipt logs
• Accounting for cash in mailings and preliminary monthly accounting
• Maintain inventory of all mailing supplies and equipment
• Pick up mail from the post office, when necessary
• Manage resources for receipting incoming mail according to day to day mail pick up volume
• Manage assignments for new incoming mail projects
• Maintain inventory and general cleaning/maintenance of paper, letterhead, warehouse and envelopes as well as materials needed for the operation of printers, folder/inserters and postage meters
• Close communication with leadership and project staff
• Other duties as assigned
