Job Summary
The Production Supervisor performs a wide range of operational tasks and managerial procedures on a daily basis. This position is responsible for numerous production, inventory and personnel related duties that include but are not limited to: supervising and assisting with the production process, performing basic inventory counts, tracking materials, and leading a team in an effective and efficient manner. This position will work closely with the General Manager, other Supervisor(s), and the Sales Team to ensure an organized and efficient flow of materials through the plant on a daily basis.
