Work with management, planners, engineers, and assemblers to establish production goals and objectives

Develop and implement methods to improve productivity through 5S and lean manufacturing

Oversee essential performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor production, pinpoint obstacles, and enact effective solutions for enhanced productivity and efficiency
SR Production Supervisor Requirements:

Diploma/ Four Year Degree is preferred

Experience with SAP or ERP software

Progressive leader with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Mechanical aptitude with mechanical assembly is helpful

Process Improvement methods (Six Sigma Lean) to optimize production and quality
