Summary of Role:
SWING SHIFT- Through cooperation and partnership with all departments in the Organization, Production Supervisors are responsible for building and leading effective production teams and for execution of the overall manufacturing strategy. Safety, quality, productivity, accountability, and the training and development of all production associates will be the primary focus for the individual in this role.

Skills, Requirements and Minimum Education Level
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL FACTORS:
· Positions require standing, repetitive movement, bending and twisting, and using hands to handle objects; repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs, exposure to sustained noise levels; exposure to a variety of food allergens; working in very hot and cold temperatures; exposure to hazards such as machinery, slippery floors, ladders and powered industrial vehicles. May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Ability to stand for 85-90% of shift, sometimes up to 12 hours.
· Must be able to work in an environment containing allergens, such as gluten, eggs, tree nuts and milk.
· Must be able to ascend and descend stairways, ladders, and ramps.
· Must be available for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
