About the Opportunity

Objective:

In this full-time position, the employee will be expected to supervise plant operations concerning all aspects of feed production, employee training and development, and equipment maintenance according to FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, and MFA quality control requirements. The supervisor will also be expected to assist in computer entry and to represent management as needed in the manager’s absence. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

Our expectations are that you:

• Are available to work full-time hours
• Are available to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
• Are able to pass a drug test and health physical
• Are able to do heavy lifting, loading, and bending (50-100 pounds)

Highly qualified candidates will bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Feed Milling, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in management and supervisory skills
• An ability to cross-train across the mill and accept other duties as assigned
