We are currently looking for a Team Leader to oversee and assist in our Thread Roll Department. The ideal candidate will be key in maintaining schedules and ensuring production goals are met. If you are looking to showcase your talent and leadership skills, then Auto Bolt is the place for you.

Applicants with experience in Bear Kats (cylindrical die) Hartford’s, Chun-Zu and Hand Rollers are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple machines during shifts as needed.
• Set-up machinery and monitor according to specifications.
• Use blueprints for accurate production.
• Process paperwork in accordance with ISO standards.
• Ensure safe and proper operation of assigned machines.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Train and instruct operators.
• Use expertise to increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment and ensure consistent quality standards.

Requirements & Ideal Traits:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• Leadership experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Working knowledge of SPC and gaging
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Basic math and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
