Job Title: Team Leader

Status: Full time

Starting Pay: Negotiable with experience

Probation Period: 6 months

Training Period: 1 year

Reports to: Production Manager

Purpose:

Provide leadership and team development employing company culture and mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enhance employee skills through feedback, training, coaching and development by utilizing the company’s Performance Management System.

2. Practice and enhance the Company’s operating philosophy and motivated teamwork environment by utilizing the company’s “Code of Appreciation”, “Mission

Statement”, and Core Values.

3. Oversee and lead certain areas of production and production flow4. Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations5. Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment6. Troubleshoots issues that arise7. Ensures employees comply with applicable procedures, policies, and safety regulations

8. Ensures that production employees have the tools and training to be successful9. Performs spot checks of product to ensure work flowing through their areas is done correctly

10. Collaborates with teams to identify ways to improve process effectiveness11. Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.12. Train, enforce, and role model safe working practices.13. Maintain a flexible schedule including opening, closing, and some Saturdays and evenings.
