DAY TO DAY AS A PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER

As a new Production Shift Leader at Placon Corporation, you will play a critical role in overseeing production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team to success. Expect to work night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am, following a schedule of two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, allowing for a good work-life balance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating production schedules, monitoring efficiency, addressing any issues that arise, and motivating your team to achieve production targets. ARE YOU THE PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To excel as a Production Shift Leader at Placon Corporation, you will need a range of skills and experiences. A two-year degree in Business/Leadership Development is preferred, along with at least two years of leadership experience. Alternatively, you can possess a solid six years of leadership experience to showcase your expertise.

Proficiency in software tools related to production management and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes are essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead and motivate a team are crucial for success in this role.
