TEAMLEADER

· Work with personnel to ensure all personnel are trained and meeting job requirements

· Review daily paperwork to ensure that all personnel are meeting company standards

· Oversee daily production to ensure daily schedule and goals are being met

· Document disciplinary action forms as needed

· Oversee multiple personnel on multiple lines. Documentation of attendance, tardiness and discipline accountability.

· Quality or food safety issues are brought to the attention of QA or supervisors immediately

· Must ensure daily production numbers are meeting expectations

· Weekend work may be required depending on company needs

Licenses or Permits: N/A

Food Safety & Food Quality Related Tasks:

Must inspect seals for compliancy; check weights and compare/check labels

Any issues that affect food safety or quality must be brought to the attention of senior management or quality assurance immediately.

Working Conditions:

Lifting (average 15 lbs. -); standing; 100% of time on hard surfaced floors; stooping; bending; reaching; excessive use of hands, fingers. Warehouse setting in a heated (climate) environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
