Production Team Leader jobs in Rochester, NY

Overview:

The production team leader’s primary role is to oversee manufacturing processes in a juice manufacturing facility. This includes safety, quality, efficiencies, and accountability.

Duties:

• Drive organization’s goals and expectations by working with staff through daily observations and discussions.
• Ensure product is consistently Pure, Fresh, Delicious and conforms to established GAP, GFSI, and HACCP guidelines and standard work.
• Execute work schedules to meet production goals/sales.
• Oversee production related and cleaning needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sound problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of food-based food quality requirements (ex. HACCP, GMP, GAP, GFSI, etc.) helpful

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
