```Duties```
- Perform and oversee daily operations of the office
- Answer phone calls and schedule field inspectors
- Adhere to office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with accounts receivables
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Ensure efficient operation of office systems, including phone systems and computer
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

```Experience```
- Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
