Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team. As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory and ensuring that all laboratory procedures are conducted accurately and efficiently. This is a key leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and expertise in laboratory management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of laboratory technicians, ensuring that they adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Oversee the daily workflow of the laboratory, assigning tasks and prioritizing work to meet deadlines
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to laboratory staff
- Train new laboratory technicians on laboratory procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of laboratory activities
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Perform laboratory procedures as needed, including histology, molecular biology, and clinical laboratory tests
- Utilize laboratory information management systems to track and analyze data

Skills:
- Must be able to draw blood
- Previous management experience a must

- Must have managed annual revenue of at least one million dollars

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
