Under minimal direction, leads and supervises the production shift personnel. Candidate assists and supervises production line changeovers setups. Responsible for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, maintenance efficiency and continuous improvement.

Promote a safety first culture in the plant

Assists, trains and supervises the timing of resin blends and line changes

Responsible for the execution of daily production schedule

Support the Operation by striving to consistently meet customer expectations

Helping the team understand performance targets and goals

Scheduling work hours and shifts

Coordinating job rotation and cross-training

Training or ensuring that employees are properly trained for their specific roles

Support execution of Plant Rules throughout the plant and follow safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

1 - 3 years as a Production Supervisor in a Manufacturing setting.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
