Being a Production Test Supervisor identifies issues with product quality and makes corrective recommendations to product design team. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Production Test Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Production Test Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Darigold is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to be a part our Sunnyside, WA team. This position will be expected to oversee shifts in the Cheese plant. The Production Supervisor must possess the desire and ability to provide leadership and supervisory coordination in all aspects of production. The Production Supervisor’s role is to maintain a high level of productivity and continuous improvement with their assigned shift in the areas of safety, reliability, cost savings, team building and personnel management.
