Position Overview
Our client, Tennant Packaging Corporation (TPC) is seeking a Production Trainer/Quality Auditor to join their team. While it could fluctuate, the schedule is anticipated to be M/W/F 8am-4:30pm and Tu/Th 12pm-8pm. In this role, you will be responsible for leading production training in introductory, recurring, and retraining capacities. You will also be responsible for measuring and documenting the effectiveness of training programs, as well as assisting the internal auditing program according to regulatory and company standards.

Key Activities
● Conducts required and recommended training sessions of staff in all job functions to ensure initial and ongoing competency
● Identify skills gaps and recommend program improvements to support growth
● Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective, utilizing a variety of media
● Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
● Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
● Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
● Assess efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement.
● Conduct internal audits in accordance with internal auditing program requirements
● Present findings of training review and audits to management
Qualifications & Requirements
● High School Degree or equivalent experience
● 2 years progressive work experience delivering training in a manufacturing or distribution environment
