In this role, you will work with supervisors and SME’s to develop training, and documentation to support standardization efforts. Identify opportunities to improve training. Help supervisors maintain and Audit training records. Ensure ISO and Ideal/customer standards are being followed. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop effective training process for new employees and on-going training for existing employees.
• Facilitate the growth and development of team through training and/or guidance.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 requirements.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and deliver training programs..
• Initiate, lead, and implement continuous improvement activities to achieve profitability and improve quality.
• Any other additional duties needed to help drive our Vision and fulfill our Mission.

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate (diploma or GED).
• Minimum 12 months training or teaching experience (2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
• Experience in multiple training delivery methods preferred. Including in-person, web based and a hybrid of both.
• Experience in the use of computers and MS Office.
• Excellent planning, problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• This position requires the employee to work in a restricted facility that requires US citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card).

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred 12 months electrical assembly experience or Knowledge of IPC-620, IPC-610 and J Standard.
• Knowledge of LEAN and CI principals. 
• Ability to find alternate methods of training to meet individual needs.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Knowledge of electrical assembly tools, processes, and soldering
• Ability to read engineering prints and Schematics.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work for extended periods at computer workstation.
• Prolific at Typing. 
• The position will require walking, standing, squatting, crouching, stooping, lifting, climbing, pulling, pushing, sitting, repetitive motion and kneeling.
