-Possess a passion for fitness and people

-Have a working understanding of and ability to perform proper movement patterns to effectively teach safe form and techniques

-Basic-good understanding of programming principles and ability to practical apply them in programming and through coaching methods

-Dependable with punctuality, attentiveness and responsiveness with clients, team members, and upper management

-Client retention

-Take pride in being a fitness leader in the gym

-Participate in monthly and quarterly team workshops

-Promotions in compensation and training level through development (personally and provided by your team)

-You’ll work with a provided mentor each week/month for all new client programs, current client progressions/management, and other training facets 

-Your clients will have extra support from your mentor to help you deliver excellent training quality, attention and care

-We will work with you regularly to help you gain a deeper understanding of training principles and demonstrate the practical and effective application of those principles and client relations.  

-You’ll learn from your mentor and team members how to foster and nurture relationships with clients in order to hold them accountable for their commitment and success through effective  communication, goal setting, and progress tracking

-We’ve built a program around you to help you get promoted in hourly rates, trainer levels, and company opportunities
