Duties

• Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all customer's trucks and equipment
• Manages and coordinates repairs with the technicians of the shop
• Monitor all shop duties and needs of the building
• Maintaining and controlling shop parts and inventory
• Responsible for leading and assigning tasks to shop mechanics to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize company costs, as well as, asset downtime

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Previous experience in management or a similar role

- Ability to develop and implement training programs for staff development

- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling

- Supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team

- Budgeting skills to manage expenses and meet financial targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
