The Production Farm, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization licensed to provide Outpatient and Behavioral Health services in Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and mental health assessments to patients.
-Collaborate with internal providers and partner organizations to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral concerns.
-Participate in planning and implementation of therapeutic programming.
-Provide ongoing individual, family, and/or group therapy.
-Coordinate with county mental health services for continuity of care and discharge planning.

-Complete documentation of services rendered
-Facilitate training for mental health-related issues as necessary and requested.
