• 
  Crew Onboarding; obtain all required paperwork from crews after they complete the interview process with the Director of Production. Follow up to obtain any missing paperwork.
• New Crew Orientation. This will be completed a week or two prior to their first job.
• Crew Contact Info Sheet information to be filled out completely.
• Obtain New W9 yearly and Up to Date WC and GL COI as they expire.
• Retain Documents and Accurate Record Keeping.
• Crew Training in accordance with training programs set forth by the Company. Initial and Ongoing.
• Managing Safety Training in the field.
• Training Schedule; set up the date, time, and location for the designated training as provided. This will include Monthly scheduling. Calendar invites and confirmation of planned attendance.
• Production Onboarding and Training; Facilitate Training as designated by the Operations Manager.
• Ability to assimilate various training topics and deftly relay that knowledge as outlined. (All training will be facilitated after a “Train the Trainer” course given by the Leadership Team or Product/Technical Expert.
• Ensuring ALL required participants are scheduled as planned.
• Organize other Instructional Training as guided for Technical and Product Training.
• Obtain signatures of attended classes by participants; Ensure ALL documentation is reported to the HR Supervisor for record keeping.
• Devise Training Agenda timeframe, breaks, and other necessary details once Training Outline is provided.
• Know your Audience; How training is delivered and facilitated will be different based on position; skill level, learning style and the nature of that specific training course.
• Analyze effectiveness of training material and delivery; make modifications as needed with Operations Manager approval.
• Ability and Desire to Navigate and Overcome Communication/ Language Barriers.
• Weekly Reporting to the Operations Manager on Training: Planning, Completions, and Results.
