Salary Range: $85,000-90,000

What you will do:

- Ensuring continuity of care
- Perform audits, write ups, evaluations as directed.
- Conduct CQI reports quarterly.
Ideal candidate:- Must have a NYS license as a Registered Nurse
- Must have Leadership and Supervisory experience required
