Professional Services Director - Healthcare jobs in Cleveland, OH

We are seeking an Interim Director of Residential Services to manage a supportive housing program for people with behavioral health disorders living in Jefferson County, Ohio.

The Director is responsible for:

• Administrative oversight of staff
• Departmental budget management;
• Monitoring achievement of key service goals, client care hour expectations, and performance indicator for the assigned staff.
• Maintaining compliance with funding requirements.
• Working closely with outpatient/ crisis staff to ensure coordination of care
• Approving all eligibility determinations for housing placements and assure supportive living sites are at capacity
• Maintaining schedule to ensure there is necessary coverage and fills in for any inadequate coverage.

Must have, at minimum, a bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in behavioral health field and a clean driving record.
