- Operate Bucket Truck & Areal Lifts
- Experience in Leading Team of 10 individuals
- Valid Driver's License with No (or minimal) Traffic Infractions for the Past 2 years as you will be driving a Company Vehicle
- Includes Carpet Cleaning if/when season slows down
- Reliable transportation to get to Head Quarters
- Body Strength: Must be able to Lift 50 lbs
- Leg Strength: to Climb Ladders
- Core Strength: to Stand for an extended time
- Back Strength: to Bend multiple times daily
- Arm Strength: to Control a Window Washing Pole
- Bravery: Handle Heights of 80ft in the Air
- Be Adventurous: to Travel to different Quad City Areas in Both IOWA & ILLINOIS
- Endurance: to a complete weekday jobs & be available for Over-Time w/ Over-Time PAY!
- Adaptation: to work Window washing Early Mornings in different daily Midwest Elements, Job Starts in Early Spring through Late Fall! Alternating with Carpet Cleaning Jobs.
