Responsibilities Snapshot:

• Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion and accurate tracking of information of all orders
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Keeping administrator up to date with outstanding projects and needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Experience working in a hospital, home care facility, or assisted living facility is required
• Property, building, or housekeeping experience is preferred
