Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records into our systems as well as interacting with clients in a friendly manner in person and over the phone.

Duties:

- Answer phones and promptly greet in-person clients

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

- Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed

- Enter customer and account data from source documents

- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities

- Review data for errors and make corrections

- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations

- Retrieve data as requested

Requirements:

- Proficiency in basic math and clerical tasks

- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed

- Knowledge of office procedures and basic office equipment

- Excellent customer service skills
