Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented personto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Perform account analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial performance

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

- Prepare regulatory reports and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes

- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or similar tools to record transactions accurately

- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data security protocols

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field) desirable

- Proven experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective financial report writing

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
