Description:

The Business Architecture Co-op will support the Business Architecture team for the OCloud project. They will provide support, documentation, research that will enable the stable and repeatable rollout of the highly integrated Oracle footprint within BBU.

Support systems enabled business process analysis in a high velocity make to stock distribution center.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Document systems enabled business processes including roles and responsibilities
• Support the business architecture team with the architecture review board where required
• Understand and recommend improvement of systems processes in a high velocity warehouse environment
• Develop presentations that clearly explain complex concepts to non-technology professionals
• Analyze data from disparate systems and sources

• Individual must be able to work independently after an agreed upon scope of work is defined

• Have a basic understanding of systems enabled business processes.

Education:

• Currently seeking a bachelor’s degree in the sciences, engineering, information technology or MIS
